A gourmet restaurant

Rewarded by the Label Alain Ducasse's "good Table ", the Quintessia gourmet restaurant, near Nantes, also obtained from numerous times the Consumer gastronomic prize Charles Monselet ( 2006-2007-2010 ) for its creative and sophisticated cooking. A cooking which draws its flavours from the products of its region ({Pays) (De la Loire), sublimated by the warm atmosphere of an exceptional setting.

With your close relations or for your business lunches, appreciate our seasonal delights in a friendly and intimate atmosphere, a contemporary decoration imagined by the renowned architect Christine Bonneau, on the occasion of the complete renovation of the restaurant in 2011. Quintessia also provides you with a privative lounge which can welcome 20 to 30 persons.

During the beautiful days, take advantage of our terrace decorated with flowers to spend a delicious moment in the shade of lime trees (breakfasts can be also served outdoor).

My passion for cooking, it is my mother who passed it on to me. As a child, I saw her spending hours in the home kitchen and today, I try to transmit the same generosity.

A new card for every season

Concerning our menu, our talented chef reinvents the traditions with sophisticated dishes exclusively consisted of local products and the season: Saint Jacques d' Erquiy, terrine of young rabbit in hazelnuts and its bread roll in the sweet chestnut, the sea bass filet in the white butter as well as wide offer of organic products to charm you all.

Taste for example our speciality, the Nantillais ice-cold soufflé way grandmother Eugénie. Nantillais that you will also find in our house cocktail, mixed in with cremant of Loire served very fresh.

To accompany these authentic flavours, Quintessia also proposes you a selection exclusively consisted of Loire’s wines stemming from independent wine growers, under the inspiration of our fine wine designer, Bruno Wallop. A menu gourmet for teenagers

Quintessia imagined a special menu to awaken in a playful way the papillae of the youngest and to introduce them to the French-style lifestyle. Foie gras as a starter, guinea fowl to continue and for the dessert, an ice-cold soufflé prepared by their care together with Julian, a funny way dread the pleasures of the table!
